The steel plate of the PSR 900 GE is 10 mm thick. This steel plate is covered with a mass enamel (food standard NF - 12983 - 1) with high resistance to rubbing. Due to its very smooth surface, the enamelled steel plate enables very good contact cooking for a direct heat transfer to the food to be cooked.

The professional plancha grill PSR 900 GE is equipped with a triple piezo ignition and three adjustment knobs. After 8 minutes of preheating, the enamel plate reaches an even temperature over the whole cooking surface thanks to three gas burners. These three star-shaped burners cover the entire surface of the enamelled steel plate. Thanks to the power of the burners, the gas griddle PSR 900 GE ensures a homogeneous cooking without heat loss on the edges.

This professional griddle plate can grill a wide variety of meats, fish, burgers, sausages, vegetables, onions but also fried eggs, omelettes. Thanks to the independent control of the 3 cooking zones, you can alternate and vary the cooking on the 900 mm wide plate. For example, it is possible to grill a meat on the large flame position on one side, to simmer vegetables at lower temperature (small flame position) and to keep warm the 3rd part of the plate.

The gas griddle PSR 900 GE offers unrivalled safety. It is equipped with three safety thermocouples: in the event of a malfunction or gas leak, the thermocouple automatically stops the plancha grill for safety.

The enamelled coating makes the use and the cleaning very easy: it is possible to use metallic spatulas without altering the plate. The juices and grease are drained into the fully removable drawer. The stainless steel collecting tray can be cleaned in a dishwasher. After intensive use and after disconnecting the professional griddle plate, it is possible to deglaze the still hot cooking plate with cold water or some ice cubes.
