The steel plate of the PSR 400 GE is 10 mm thick. This steel plate is covered with a mass enamel (food standard NF - 12983 - 1) with high resistance to rubbing. Due to its very smooth surface, the enamelled steel plate enables very good contact cooking for a direct heat transfer to the food to be cooked.

The professional plancha grill PSR 400 GE is equipped with a piezo ignition and an adjustment knob. After 8 minutes of preheating, the enamel plate reaches an even temperature over the whole cooking surface thanks to the gas burner. The star-shaped burner cover the entire surface of the enamelled steel plate. Thanks to the power of the burners, the gas griddle PSR 400 GE ensures a homogeneous cooking without heat loss on the edges.

This professional griddle plate can grill a wide variety of meats, fish, burgers, sausages, vegetables, onions but also fried eggs, omelettes.

The gas griddle PSR 400 GE offers unrivalled safety. It is equipped with a safety thermocouple: in the event of a malfunction or gas leak, the thermocouple automatically stops the plancha grill for safety.

The enamelled coating makes the use and the cleaning very easy: it is possible to use metallic spatulas without altering the plate. The juices and grease are drained into the fully removable drawer. The stainless steel collecting tray can be cleaned in a dishwasher. After intensive use and after disconnecting the professional griddle plate, it is possible to deglaze the still hot cooking plate with cold water or some ice cubes.
