The ventilated heated display showcase HD 800 is panoramic and equipped with LED lighting. This ventilated display highlights and keeps warm your culinary creations, hot dishes or snacks such as quiches, pizzas, fondues, meatballs, croissants etc.
Your warm dishes are presented on 2 glass shelves 645 x 490 mm. The panoramic showcase can also receive two Gastronorm GN 1/1 dishes on the lower stainless-steel level.
The Incoloy heating element and the thermo-ventilator allow to keep an even heat in the showcase. The electronic thermostat can regulate the temperature from 20 to 90 ° C with a precision to the nearest degree. It guarantees a sufficient temperature (72 ° C) of meat-based snacks such as nuggets, meatballs or delicacies.
A water drawer allows a moisture control, essential to keep the croissants and puffs moist.
The heated display HD 800 is very easy to clean.
Perfectly insulated, this heated display is equipped with sides and sliding doors with double glazing.
The glass doors, the glass shelves, the stainless steel shelves, the lower stainless steel level and the water tray are completely removable.
