The infrared conveyor toaster CT 540 B is equipped with 2 ramps of 4 infrared quartz tubes. These infrared quartz spread rays of 1050 ° C on the products. It enables the hotel guest to quickly and continuously toast or heat every kind of bread for breakfast: 300 to 540 toasts per hour according to the type of bread without preheating!
The infrared quartz on the upper part is protected by a patented cover.
The quartz grill CT 540 B is a very flexible conveyor toaster thanks to its 2 independent settings:
- A switch selects the quartz ramps on top and bottom
- The speed of the conveyor belt is regulated according to the product to be cooked or to be reheated. The minimum pass through time is 47 seconds. The maximum pass through time of is 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Two exits are possible depending on the products:
- The front exit is used for bread, brioche, bagels etc.
- The rear exit is recommended for heavier and more delicate products such as big slices of farmhouse bread (30 cm in diameter), buttered slices, baguettes, pastries, delicacies, quiche etc.
The top roof keeps breads or pastries ready for use at the hotel's breakfast buffet.
The conveyor toaster can be cleaned very easy. The carpet is cleaned with a brush supplied with the quartz grill. The top as well as the 2 sliding trays placed at the entrance and exit under the carpet are completely removable.
